Kids Help Phone
- Kids Help Phone is Canada’s only 24/7 e-mental health service offering free, multilingual and confidential support to help all young people
Hope for Wellness Helpline
- The Hope for Wellness Helpline is available 24/7 to all Indigenous people across Canada for counselling and crisis intervention. Call the toll-free help line at 1-855-242-3310 or connect to the online chat.
Talk4Healing
- Talk4Healing is a culturally grounded, fully confidential help line available in 14 languages for Indigenous women in Ontario. Call the toll-free number at 1-855-554-HEAL (4325).
National Residential School Crisis Line
- The National Residential School Crisis Line is available to provide support to former Residential School students and their families. You can access emotional and crisis referral services by calling the free of charge 24-Hour National Crisis Line at 1-866-925-4419.
Trans Lifeline
- The Trans Lifeline provides peer support by trans people for trans and questioning callers. Crisis and other supports and resources are provided in both English and Spanish from 10:00 am to 4:00 am EST. Phone: 1-877-330-6366
