Platform Overview

The Knowledge Translation (KT) Platform is dedicated to moving CAN-BIND’s research findings into clinical practice and health policy to improve the health and well-being of individuals living with depression. We believe that fostering strong relationships and sharing knowledge between stakeholders is crucial to achieving health impact. CAN-BIND strives to integrate the expertise and perspectives of all members of the CAN-BIND community into its research process. The KT & Outreach Platform engages its many knowledge users with diverse educational activities and resources, including seminars, workshops, webinars, outreach events, educational videos, and through social media platforms. The overall aim of the platform is to increase health literacy, increase awareness of mental health and depression research, advance research and clinical practice, and influence health policy.
